We can assist you from conception to completion. As Project Manager, we will become the prime client contact and will be responsible for:-

- Assembling the professional team
- Setting project objectives and targets
- Managing and monitoring the project through each of the targets
- Developing the procurement strategy
- Managing the budget and cash flow agreed with the client
- Managing the delivery of the project on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
Hall and Ensom can provide project management as a stand-alone service or in combination with our other services such as architectural design, cost planning and control, construction monitoring and contract administration. We can also put together a team of professionals under our leadership to provide other services such as mechanical and electrical design, structural engineering, and health and safety advice.
