The working directors of both firms each have more than 25 years experience in building and quantity surveying, and we work personally for each of our clients.  It is this experience, directly applied to your project, which adds value to our services.

Hall & Ensom design and specify the alteration, extension, refurbishment, repair, and refitting of a wide range of building types, assisting our clients from initial sketch scheme stage through to completion of building works.  In addition we provide more traditional surveying services including building condition surveys, party wall surveyor services, defects analysis and expert witness reports.

Our particular area of expertise is the conservation, repair and refurbishment of listed and historic buildings, from Grade 1 castles and Ancient Monuments to the simplest period cottage.
