The working directors of both firms each have more than 25 years experience in building and quantity surveying, and we work personally for each of our clients.  It is this experience, directly applied to your project, which adds value to our services.

Brading Butt provide construction cost consultancy and management services, and project management services.  From initial budgetary and project procurement advice to full project management and construction cost management, the directors have a wealth of experience across a wide range of projects. 

Listed buildings present particular challenges and the firm has over 20 years experience of cost consultancy in relation to the repair and refurbishment of historic buildings.  Project management experience includes construction projects in the education and health sectors, as well as refurbishment of period properties.

We can put together an experienced team, working with other professionals as necessary, to enable you to achieve your goals.
