The brief was to refurbish two small farm workers' cottages to provide modern standards of accommodation.  The two cottages had remained derelict for over 40 years and were in a very poor state of repair.  No services were connected to the properties before works began.

We undertook space planning and alterations to the layout of the existing cottages at feasibility stage - liasing directly with

the local Planning Authority and Building Control throughout the duration of the project.  We fully designed the alterations and refitting work, produced working drawings and provided cost planning and control services.  The project was tendered and we administered the building phase through to completion.
