Our long term client, the Donnington Hospital Trust, are adding the Grade 1 Listed almshouses at Bray to their portfolio of properties, and we will assist them in taking on the continuing care and repair of this group of historic buildings.  Built between 1623 and 1628, Jesus Hospital comprises seventeen almshouses, plus a chapel and warden's accommodation, arranged around a large courtyard garden.  Owned since construction by the Worshipful Company of Fishmongers, one of the twelve historic livery companies of the city of London, the almshouses have been very well maintained and modernised in recent years.  Together with our clients we will continue that process of careful repair and upgrading.

We have worked for the Donnington Hospital Trust for some fifteen years, assisting them in the maintenace, repair and refubishment of their extensive and growing property portolio.  This includes the grade 2* listed Donnington Hospital, a group of Almshouses just outside Newbury first established over 600 years ago, and over 50 other properties in the Newbury and Oxford areas.

This adds a further important building to the extensive portfolio of listed and historic buildings on which the four directors have worked throughout their careers.
